Bibimbap: new photos

I had to go to the 'Amazing Oriental' store and buy the real pot to make my favourite dolsot-bibimbap. So, bake this dolsot stone pot in the oven to make it hot. It will retain heat for a long time.

You can brush the bottom with some sesame oil before adding the rice.

I fried some minced beef marinated in soy sauce.

Mushrooms.

Blench or saute sprouts. I sauteed them, in this case.

Sauteed zucchini.

Cucumbers were sauteed with white onions, garlic and a bit of soy sauce added at the end.

Central Asian Korean carrot salad.

In goes the gochujang paste.

Egg.

Enjoy!
